Role Responsibilities
- Deliver scoped work with clear handoff notes and predictable timelines.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and stakeholders to turn requirements into implementable tasks.
- Document decisions, assumptions, and known tradeoffs in a maintainable format.
Qualifications
Must-have
- Clear written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and escalate blockers early.
- Foundational role-relevant experience through projects, internships, or coursework.
- Practical experience with web application development and API integration.
- Comfort reading logs, debugging issues, and collaborating on reproducible technical workflows.
- Hands-on stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and PostgreSQL.
Preferred
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Exposure to experimentation, QA checklists, or release-readiness workflows.
- Experience with containerized development environments and GitHub Actions workflows.
Compensation
CAD 70000-98000 annually
