Manager – EPS Contracts Management (Review & Editing): On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager – EPS Contracts Management (Review & Editing) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Manager – EPS Contracts Management (Review & Editing) - Job Description: This role involves managing the review, negotiation, and execution of various contracts within the Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) department. The position focuses on ensuring compliance with EPS requirements and audit standards, while also driving cost savings through effective contract management.

Manager – EPS Contracts Management (Review & Editing) - Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for EPS teams requiring contract reviews and negotiations • Directly negotiate Consulting Services Agreements and Service Contracts/Forms • Review contracts and facilitate requirements gathering • Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts • Participate in vendor evaluation and due diligence exercises • Provide expertise in resolving contract-related conflicts and issues

Manager – EPS Contracts Management (Review & Editing) - Mandatory Skills: • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent • Industry knowledge of Network/Hosting/Data Centre/Collaboration vendor products and services • Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel skills • Working knowledge of finance/accounting • Highly proficient in written and spoken English

Manager – EPS Contracts Management (Review & Editing) – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
