Role Responsibilities

• Deliver scoped work with clear handoff notes and predictable timelines.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and stakeholders to turn requirements into implementable tasks.
• Document decisions, assumptions, and known tradeoffs in a maintainable format.

Qualifications

Must-have

• Clear written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate blockers early.
• Foundational role-relevant experience through projects, internships, or coursework.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data validation, and metrics reporting.
• Comfort reading logs, debugging issues, and collaborating on reproducible technical workflows.
• Practical analytics stack experience with SQL, Python (pandas), and BI tooling (Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).

Preferred

• Experience collaborating in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Exposure to experimentation, QA checklists, or release-readiness workflows.
• Experience with dbt models, event taxonomies, and metric definition governance.

Compensation

CAD 70000-98000 annually
