Role Responsibilities

• Deliver scoped work with clear handoff notes and predictable timelines.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and stakeholders to turn requirements into implementable tasks.
• Document decisions, assumptions, and known tradeoffs in a maintainable format.

Qualifications

Must-have

• Clear written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate blockers early.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end deliverables in production environments.
• Practical experience with web application development and API integration.
• Comfort reading logs, debugging issues, and collaborating on reproducible technical workflows.
• Hands-on stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and PostgreSQL.

Preferred

• Experience collaborating in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Exposure to experimentation, QA checklists, or release-readiness workflows.
• Experience with containerized development environments and GitHub Actions workflows.

Compensation

CAD 98000-140000 annually
