The team expects practical use of AI tooling in day-to-day execution (prompt tooling, evaluation workflows, copilots, and annotation quality checks where relevant).

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver scoped work with clear handoff notes and predictable timelines.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and stakeholders to turn requirements into implementable tasks.
- Document decisions, assumptions, and known tradeoffs in a maintainable format.
- Apply annotation guidelines consistently and flag edge cases for policy clarification.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to improve iteration speed while maintaining review quality.
Qualifications
Must-have
- Clear written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and escalate blockers early.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end deliverables in production environments.
- Ability to follow strict labeling standards with high consistency.
- Comfort reading logs, debugging issues, and collaborating on reproducible technical workflows.
- Experience with annotation tooling (for example Label Studio) and quality-calibration workflows.
Preferred
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Exposure to experimentation, QA checklists, or release-readiness workflows.
- Hands-on experience with prompt design, evaluation loops, or AI quality review workflows.
- Background in one or more target domains: fine arts, performing arts, film, media production.
Compensation
USD 98000-140000 annually
