Campaign Analyst: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Campaign Analyst for a 1-year role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Campaign Analyst - Job Description: The Campaign Analyst will play a key role in building and automating complex direct marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The role involves implementing campaign data requirements, developing technical specifications, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

Campaign Analyst - Responsibilities: • Develop and execute direct-to-consumer campaigns • Review and analyze campaign business requirements and produce Technical Implementation Plans • Prepare customer lists with campaign management toolset • Automate campaigns and identify improvement opportunities • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Conduct campaign technical audits and ensure data accuracy • Support the lead generation cycle and ensure regulatory compliance • Engage in knowledge transfer with other Campaign Analysts

Campaign Analyst - Mandatory Skills: • Minimum 3 years of campaign or database marketing experience • Working knowledge of customer relationship management and campaign design • Solid background in business process improvement • Experience in data analytics and executing marketing campaigns • High proficiency in SAS, SQL, Unica Campaign or equivalent • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills

Campaign Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Knowledge of the financial services industry • Ability to translate business strategies into technical requirements • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Campaign Analyst – Assignment Length: This is a 1-year contract position.
