This role supports daily front desk operations and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on high-volume invoice processing and keeping office activities organized. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and confident communicating with visitors and tenants, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet visitors, tenants, and callers while providing excellent front desk service.Answer and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and support daily office communications.Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately.Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.Maintain organized invoice records and documentation.Assist with tenant inquiries and escalate issues as needed.Complete data entry, correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks.Prioritize changing workloads and follow up promptly to support smooth office operations.
