Test Lead for U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Test Lead for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Test Lead for U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project - Job Description: The Test Lead will oversee the U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project, focusing on end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and defect governance. This project involves ensuring regulatory, operational, and risk requirements are met through comprehensive testing.

Test Lead for U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project - Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end test strategy, including UAT and E2E scope, planning, execution, and defect governance across the program. • Lead and coordinate testing across cross-functional internal teams and external counterparties. • Manage testing prerequisites and dependencies such as test data setup and environment alignment. • Review, challenge, and refine business-defined test scenarios for regulatory, operational, and risk requirements. • Run daily testing calls, track progress, unblock issues, and troubleshoot defects with stakeholders. • Maintain complete testing artifacts for audit and regulatory exam readiness. • Provide clear test status reporting to senior stakeholders, including risks, key defects, and release decisions.

Test Lead for U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project - Mandatory Skills: • 5+ years of experience leading testing efforts on large-scale capital markets and/or regulatory change initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of testing outcomes, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies. • Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly ramp up on regulations, trade flows, and technology infrastructure. • Proven capability to perform under pressure and navigate ambiguity in multi-stakeholder environments. • Understanding of end-to-end dealer operating models, including trade booking, margin, settlements, and risk management.
