Business Analyst - eMessaging: On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - eMessaging for a contract role. This position is hybrid in Toronto.

Business Analyst - eMessaging - Job Description: The Business Analyst - eMessaging will support an enterprise eMessaging function by organizing and maintaining operability and reliability documentation and artifacts across production, staging/build, and development/test environments. The role partners with audit stakeholders, operational standards peers, process specialists, and technical subject matter experts to review, structure, and improve documentation to better enable ongoing platform administration, operations, and gap resolution.

Business Analyst - eMessaging - Responsibilities: • Organize, review, and maintain a large inventory of operability and reliability documentation and technical artifacts across multiple environments. • Partner with internal stakeholders (audit, operational standards, process specialists, and technical SMEs) to validate documentation, clarify requirements, and maintain accurate records. • Help identify gaps in process and implementation, and support remediation through documentation and artifact management. • Prepare and present reports, plans, and presentations to peers and stakeholders. • Manage relationships across multiple lines of business and work effectively within tight timelines and fluctuating workload periods. • Support hands-on technical application/configuration activities related to the eMessaging environment, as required.

Business Analyst - eMessaging - Mandatory Skills: • 5–7 years of overall experience in a Business Analyst (or similar) capacity. • 3+ years of eMessaging background or experience. • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Hands-on experience supporting technical applications and/or configuration activities. • Agile experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively challenge assumptions and communicate ideas clearly. • Self-starter mindset with the ability to deliver within tight timelines.

Business Analyst - eMessaging – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Technical documentation experience.

Business Analyst - eMessaging – Assignment Length: This is a contract position through the end of October 2026 (with potential extension).
