What the Event Covered
Prompthon launched a youth volunteer program around the FIRA Canada 2026 RoboWorld Cup & Summit, inviting young people interested in AI, robotics, technology events and public communication to take part in an international competition and showcase. The idea was straightforward: help young people develop a sense of involvement through service, demonstrations and conversation, beyond simply watching technology in action.
Volunteering is also a way to learn for the future. Welcoming visitors, supporting interactions at the booth, assisting with AI product demonstrations, and talking with students, researchers and technology teams all develop communication, collaboration, a sense of responsibility and the ability to explain technology. These skills form an important bridge between learning experiences and real projects.
