By accessing or using Prompthon Community, a user agrees to these terms and to any related policies or event rules that are presented within the product. If a user does not agree, that user should not use the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that their use of the service complies with applicable law. Where authentication is required, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity that occurs through their account.

Users may not use Prompthon Community to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, impersonate people or organizations, interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or misuse event, profile, or activity systems.

Prompthon may suspend, limit, or remove access when necessary to protect participants, enforce event or community rules, or respond to abuse, fraud, or security concerns.

Event listings, schedules, speakers, formats, and registration availability may change. Registration does not guarantee admission where capacity, waitlist, eligibility, or operational constraints apply.

Prompthon may record registration, attendance, volunteer participation, and check-in outcomes for community operations, profile history, and event recap workflows.

Users may submit information, profile content, event form responses, comments, or other materials through the service. A user remains responsible for the content they submit and confirms that they have the rights needed to submit it.

To operate the service, the user grants Prompthon a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and use submitted content as needed for community operations, event administration, recap preparation, moderation, and product improvement.

Prompthon Community, including its branding, site design, software, workflows, and original content, is owned by Prompthon or its licensors except where content is provided by users or clearly attributed to third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to users.

The service may reference or integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, analytics tools, external event platforms, GitHub, Discord, or future social-publishing systems. Prompthon is not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their independent policies and terms.

Prompthon Community is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Prompthon does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every workflow, event, draft, integration, or data surface will always be complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Prompthon and its affiliates, organizers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the service, event participation, or reliance on platform content.

Prompthon may modify the service, these terms, or specific community workflows at any time. Prompthon may also suspend or terminate access where necessary for operations, safety, security, maintenance, or policy enforcement.

These terms are intended to be interpreted and enforced in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with applicable law and Prompthon Community operating rules. Legal notices and formal support requests should be directed through Prompthon Community's official contact channels.
